2. Services

NERVÉ Facial Studio provides therapeutic facial and wellness services in St. George, Utah, including but not limited to facial sculpting, buccal massage, lymphatic drainage, nervous system regulation treatments, and add-on enhancements. All services are performed by appointment only in a private studio environment.

Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice. Our services are not a substitute for medical treatment. Consult a licensed medical professional for any medical concerns.

3. SMS / Text Message Communications

By providing your mobile phone number and submitting any form on this website — including contact forms, booking requests, or opt-in prompts — you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from NERVÉ Facial Studio, including:

• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Pre- and post-treatment care instructions
• Follow-up messages after your session
• Promotional offers and studio announcements (where separately consented)

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4 messages per month. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

To opt out: Reply STOP to any text message at any time to cancel. You will receive one final confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

Consent to receive SMS is not required as a condition of purchasing any service. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Appointments and Cancellation Policy

All appointments are by reservation only. We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service value. By booking, you agree to this policy.

We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

5. Health Disclosures

Certain services may not be appropriate for clients with specific health conditions. You are responsible for disclosing relevant health information prior to your appointment. We are not liable for adverse outcomes arising from undisclosed health conditions.
